November 13, 2014 Law Technology News - The latest "Tech Talk" event at New York City's Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law—part of an ambitious new initiative focusing on technology and business— featured a screening of The Decade of Discovery, a documentary about the infancy of electronic data discovery. The Tuesday gathering included a panel discussion featuring the filmmaker, attorney Joe Looby and three of the pioneers featured in the hour-long movie: U.S. District Court Judge Shira Scheindlin, U.S.D.C. Magistrate Judge James Francis IV and Jason R. Baron of Drinker, of counsel at Biddle & Reath. The program was moderated by Patrick Burke, counsel at Reed Smith and the executive director of the Cardozo Data Law Initiative.
