July 23, 2018 - Congratulations to Professors Jessica Roth and Kate Shaw, who have been awarded tenure.
Roth is a professor of law and the co-director of the Jacob Burns Center for Ethics in the Practice of Law. Her interests lie in the fields of criminal law and evidence, and she is a member of the board of directors for the Innocence Project, the Ethics Committee of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and New York State Governor Andrew Cuomo’s Council on Community Re-Entry and Reintegration.
Shaw is a professor of law and the co-director of the Floersheimer Center for Constitutional Democracy. Her primary interests are in constitutional law, administrative law and legislation, and she previously worked in the Obama White House Counsel's Office as special assistant to the president and associate counsel to the president. She is a contributor on ABC News covering the Supreme Court and legal issues on Capitol Hill.
